Hello all,
Today I went to meditation! Wow oh wow did not think I would like that. To my surprise "I LOVE IT". I am sick as a dog today but feel amazing from all the breathing and relaxing. The instructor asked us to just sick there in silence after we had done our chants. ME, sit quiet and not have my mind going a mile a minute "YEAH RIGHT". Any of you that know me in real life know this is not a possible act. But after me getting in the way of, well, ME! It was sooo amazing, I was able to focus on my breath and just let the brain relax. And if you are busy like me with four kids, a husband, a brother and his son living with us, I never get to relax my brain. So when all of you are out and about this week, think of things that make you happy, things that make you sad or wish you could change. Start making your goals. I would love if you would post them on here. I am going to start posting my goals and my weight loss, every couple of days. This will help us all be honest, have support and make us not feel alone. Good night all!
Meditation is one of those things I find so useful when I do it...and then I don't do it. Great start to your blog, keep it up!!
